The Challenge: 10 for 10 Challenge

What is it?

We’ve realized that as women, no matter how many clothes we have in our wardrobe, when we wake up in the morning and need to choose our clothes the thought ‘I don’t have anything to wear!’ often comes to mind. However, in reality we have so many things piling up in the wardrobe. Some of them have only been worn a few times.

The key to keep your look fresh everyday is not how many clothes you have in your wardrobe, because we will never have enough. It’s more on how to mix and match the items that you have so that you can wear them in so many different ways.

So we’re challenging all of you, to choose 10 items from your wardrobe and to mix and match them around and wear only those 10 items for the next 10 days. This is a serious challenge ladies!

The Rules:

You need to choose 10 items from your closet that you will be wearing for the next 10 days.
The 10 items are a mix of apparel and shoes. Bags and accessories are not included, you’re free to wear different bags and as many accessories as possible.
You can only wear these 10 items and mix and match them for 10 days straight.
You can’t wear the same mix and match combination/look during the period of 10 for 10 challenge.


The Mechanism:

Each user will have her own thread. So create your own at the 10 for 10 Challenge sub-forum.
You can use whatever title for your thread title. It can indicate your style or theme or just simply type your name
You will need to take pictures of the 10 items you’ve picked and post them on the thread you’ve created. If it’s possible, do upload one picture a day because we cannot wait to see them .
To upload your picture you can upload it directly to the forum or upload it to Photobucket or Flickr and copy paste the code to your thread.
10 for 10 period runs from 1 – 20 August 2011. You can start at August 1 and the latest date to participate is August 10.
The challenge needs to be taken 10 consecutive days without fail.
